We’re shifting the focus to recovery this week. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night and incorporating a stretch routine before bed will help your body recharge and prevent injury. The mini challenge is a push-up challenge—let’s test and build that upper body strength! Recovery is just as important as the workout itself, so take this week to rest and rebuild.
