AyFit Challenges

Join one of our 4 yearly online fitness challenges from anywhere in the world. Programmed in line with the school terms and designed to be completed back to back in order to build towards the ultimate goal of looking and feeling good coming in to summer at the end of the year.

Corporate Wellness Program

Designed to improve employee health, productivity and overall well-being through structured fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching. We offer tailored programs that include on-site or virtual training sessions, wellness challenges, body composition scans and actionable strategies to create a healthier workplace.

Bespoke Fitness Challenges

Fully customised program designed to help individuals or groups achieve specific health and fitness goals through structured training, nutrition guidance, and accountability. Tailored to your needs, it includes personalised workouts, habit-building strategies and ongoing support to maximise results.
