Welcome to the Summer Shred Program! This week, we’re focusing on building a solid foundation by getting in a minimum of 7,500 steps daily and drinking 2L of water to keep your body moving and hydrated. The Mini-Challenge is a plank hold—hold it as long as you can and feel those core muscles engage! Consistency is key, so let’s start strong and make these habits part of your daily routine.
