Hi, I’m Ayden.

My mission is to help as many people as possible improve their lives through health and fitness. With a Bachelors Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and over a decade of experience, I’ve been transforming lives since 2014.

My journey began during my practicum year at Massey University, where I trained elite athletes from a professional rugby franchise and worked one-on-one with clients managing chronic illness and disabilities including conditions like Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, depression and vision impairment.

After graduating, I played semi-professional rugby in Europe, where I became a Personal Trainer and coached rugby to youth in Northern Ireland. I also spent a summer leading mountain hikes in the stunning Italian Dolomites.

In 2018, I moved to Perth, WA and built my business from the ground up. Alongside personal training, I developed strength and conditioning programs for Wests Scarborough Rugby Union Club while playing competitively. Now fully self-employed, I’m dedicated to creating stronger, happier and healthier humans.
