TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:
   This offer is valid for any company that books a Corporate Wellness Challenge with AyFit Coaching and completes the 8 Week Challenge within the 2025 calendar year.

2. Pricing Lock-In:

   • The package selected and completed in 2025 will remain at the same price point for the next 5 consecutive years (until the end of 2030).

   • If your company increases the number of participants in future years, you may upgrade to a higher package – while still paying the 2025 rate for that higher package.

3. Conditions of Renewal:

   • To retain locked-in pricing, the company must book a challenge in each subsequent year.

   • If a year is skipped, the lock-in is forfeited and future pricing will revert to the standard rate at the time of booking.

4. Completion Requirement:

   • The initial 8 Week Challenge must be completed before 31 December 2025 to activate the locked-in pricing.

5. Non-Transferable:

   • Offer is exclusive to the original company and cannot be transferred to another business or entity.

6. Package Definition:

   • "Same package" refers to the same tier (Basic, Standard, or Premium) and same structure of services. Optional add-ons are excluded and may be subject to future pricing changes.

7. Booking Confirmation:

   • A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received by AyFit Coaching.
