This will cover everything you need in relation to the physical aspect of "The Shred".

On this shred program we'll be taking many actions towards a better you with 2 healthy habits and a mini challenge every week.
PRIZES
Simply lose the most body fat percentage to win $100 AyFit credit and the prestigious AyFit trophy. Basing on body fat % ensures that you don't lose muscle mass while aiming for the shred.
*You must take photos and get a body scan before and after to be eligible to win.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Receive weekly check ins to make sure you're on track and have all your questions answered throughout.

Step 2 - Fill out the Pre-Start Form before Tuesday 8th October
Step 3 - You will receive an email with your own personalised "Plan of Attack" pdf with everything you need to know to succeed
Step 4 - Read your Plan of Attack & make sure you're ready to smash it starting Monday 14th of October
Step 5 - Get to work using the tools you will receive in prep week 💪
